EnezaXpress is operated by PAXTON BRANDS ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the EnezaXpress service (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates we publish. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
EnezaXpress provides an AI-powered export agent that helps African producers identify international buyers, generate outreach, and manage export workflows.
You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unlawful use; fraud, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging; infringement of intellectual property or other rights; interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse-engineering); circumventing technical limits or access controls; and any use that violates applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
The Service, including all software, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by PAXTON BRANDS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.
The Service uses AI to generate buyer suggestions, outreach drafts, and other content. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms; non-payment; security or fraud risk; or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data within a limited window before deletion.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PAXTON BRANDS is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
